A linear silicone oil with highly reactive silicon-hydrogen bonds at both chain ends. A basic raw material for synthesizing modified silicone oils and a crosslinker for addition-cure silicone rubber. Used to manufacture various end-reactive linear modified silicone oils and is a key intermediate in block copolymerization. As a chain extender for addition-cure liquid silicone rubber and a crosslinker for heat-cure silicone rubber, it improves elongation at break, increases toughness, and reduces hardness.
